5 star rating3.5 hour Coorong cruise Leaving from the main wharf at Goolwa this cruise went through the lock and to the mouth of the Murray. From there we disembarked at Barkers knoll to walk across the dunes to the sea. Back on board we went further down the Coorong. A comprehensive cold lunch hamper was provided as was tea and coffee. You could take your own wine if desired but no alcohol was available on board. A very enjoyable afternoon with lots of wildlife (I am talking about thousands) including playful seals and majestic pelicans. The commentary was entertaining and informative and the hosts had boundless knowledge about the Coorong.

5 star ratingUnique experience The cruise was very worthwhile. The crew were excellent with a very interesting commentary, experience of a lock, the opportunity to walk across the dunes to the sea, understanding something of the native food sources and view the diversity of plant life. The lunch was a great variety and the crew very efficient at providing both lunch and afternoon tea. It was certainly a thrill to be able to venture into the mouth of the Murray. I would certainly recommend some suitable OHS strips to clearly mark the edge of the step from seats to corridor to catch the eye of passengers.

5 star ratingGoolwa to Mannum day cruise Recently I took my mother in law and two other ladies on this cruise. The ladies had a lovely day including myself. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea was included in the tour. Captain Michael and deck hand Southy were very informative and interesting. I would highly recommend this tour for the young and old. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. Thanks to all the staff representing the Spirit of the Murray. Carolyn
