Spirit of the Coorong

Belluna Pty Ltd is the parent company of Spirit Australia Cruises which operates Spirit of the Coorong Cruises.
It is a family run business with a wealth of boating and cruising experience, a broad knowledge of the history and environments in which the cruises operate, and a totally professional approach to their programs and clients.
Owned by the Veenstra family, who has been involved in Murray River tourism for almost 50 years, Spirit Australia Cruises has pioneered a range of cruise programs along the river and into the Murray Mouth and Coorong area over many years.

So effective has this development been that Spirit Australia Cruises is often better known by some of these cruise programs – Spirit of the Coorong and The Murray River Run probably the best known.
Spirit of the Coorong Cruises has developed a well deserved reputation for friendly, efficient and safe operations whilst paying a great deal of attention to maintaining the pristine Coorong environment in which it cruises.

5 star ratingFantastic What a great day we had. It was windy and rainy the tide was high and the boat was dry. We loved it. Absolutely beautiful trip to the mouth of the murray and all along the Coorong. Beautiful walks and a lovely lunch supplied. Coffee tea and a morning tea of local cockles and afternoon tea as well. The boat captain was extremely knowledgeable of the Coorong and all the wildlife. We saw Seals up close which my daughter loved and all the pelicans and birds were fascinating to watch. Well done guys :)
