5 star ratingLovely trip on the Coorong We took the Coorong Discovery Cruise (4 hours). The cruise started on Hindmarsh Island instead of Goolwa because of dredging at the River Murray mouth. The boat was very comfortable with a covered cabin and additional viewing from the open top. The skipper provided a knowledgeable commentary throughout the trip on the history of the region and its flora and fauna. A nice cold meat and salad luncheon was included as well as afternoon tea and coffee. The trip included a walk across the dunes and a stop at the River Murray mouth. The trip, if anything, exceeded expectations and was excellent value for money.

5 star ratingA great experience This was a last minute decision to go on a 3.5 hour cruise and the staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us when it seemed that they were already full. That first class service was mirrored by Bain and Dave who took us on a very enjoyable cruise including a nice lunch, walk and informatory commentary. Highly recommend this cruise.

5 star ratingGreat family day out We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 hour cruise on the Spirit of the Coorong. Mat was an excellent host. His commentary was informed, interesting and funny. Dave took us on 2 guided walks which again were informative and fun. It was great for the children on board to be able to have a run, and a paddle in the ocean. The scenery was spectacular, and we saw plenty of wildlife. The crew was very attentive, especially to some disabled passengers. The lunch was fantastic, and the cruise was well worth the money. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
